Responsibilities for Franklin
My responsibilities include 17 properties located in Eastern Kentucky. My staff and I have
one common goal, “To be the best Apartment Community in town.” I pride myself in always
being available to my staff for any questions, and to give direction. I maintain a direct
relationship with Rural Development offices and make sure that I stay informed of any
changes that affect the properties. I visit all of the properties on a regular basis, and lend
guidance to improve, while at the same time, checking on their progress. Each year we
have a plan of things we would like to accomplish, my job is to see it through if the budget
allows. I handle all of the human resources duties of the site staff .It is my responsibility to
make their property as important to them as it is to me.
I have three grown children, five grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. I love camping and going to festivals. Auctions are my weakness, looking for that special buy. Love all my families fur-babies, around 13 total.
