Brittany Dampier, Regional Property Manager, Team member since 2006
Responsibilities for Franklin
I am the leader of my hardworking, on site team. I oversee and train all of the Rental Managers within my region. My job is to see that rents are being collected, units are being rented, certifications are being submitted, and bills are being paid – all in a timely fashion. In addition to overseeing duties of Rental Managers, I pay close attention to the physical condition of each property; proper maintenance, grounds upkeep, and curb appeal. In order to keep the flow of cash on each location steady, I see that the budgets are being adhered to. I follow the policies and procedures of both Franklin Asset Management Company Inc., as well as any government agency affiliated with properties within my region. Staying connected with my team is of great importance to me. We work together to get the job done.
I identify myself first and foremost as the mother of Riley Jade. My beautiful, tall, spunky child is my pride and joy. Music is another passion of mine. If I’m not blasting music through my car speakers while traveling to all my sites, then I’m looking for the next concert and/or festival to attend. When weather permits, I love getting out and about in all of the many parks of my home city, Louisville, KY. I am a Western Kentucky University graduate of 2013. I have my Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
As many of us could agree, property management probably wasn’t the field we dreamed of getting into as a child. FAM was my very first job at the age of 16. During this time, I was still in high school in the co-op program. I worked at FAM during high school and even on breaks throughout college until age 20. I moved to Bowling Green and came back with my degree and was offered an RPM Intern position in early 2014 which landed me where I am today.
